The H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society Font Pack!
I was once sufficiently geeked out on fonts to have created my own complete postscript alphabet “toothpick”, traced in Adobe Illustrator from scans of broken toothpicks. This font is lost to hardware failures and hardware obsolescence. Any hope of its resuscitation was abandoned several years ago when I threw out my old 40 meg Syquest discs and drive.
I still love the little bastards. Not so much the newfangled creations, but the grand families with bolds, italics, small caps, grands and regulars. I can’t remember how I found the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society font library, but I like the aesthetic. In addition, this website is filled with exactly the kind of crazy candy I like to chew.
